We take a new approach to poll and survey building, deployment, and reporting. Poll Vault customers are assigned one of five roles:

• Super-Admin- Within their customer domain, SAs can add and update users, add and edit questions, create and edit all surveys, and author and access reports.
• Admin- Can author and edit their own questions and surveys and access reporting on their own materials
• Question Admin- Can add and edit their own questions and access reporting on usage of those questions
• Survey Admin- Can author and edit their own surveys and access reporting on those surveys
• Survey Taker- Can receive a URL via e-mail to a survey and take that survey at their own pace or within the timeframe assigned to that saurvey
